Shipping

We currently ship within Japan only — international shipping is coming soon. Shipping is a flat ¥600, sent via Yamato Transport or Japan Post, whichever offers the faster delivery for your area.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Some pieces are shipped directly from our workshop rather than held in standing inventory, so on occasion this may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if that's the case for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships, and each design is made in small numbers. For that reason all sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, fit, or preference. Please take a moment with the photographs, measurements, and material details on each product page before you order — and contact us with any questions first. We're always glad to help you choose.

Made-to-order and personalized pieces are likewise final sale.

If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible after purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

This is the exception to the above. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't the item you ordered, we will put it right.

For visible damage or a wrong item, contact us within 8 days of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging and your order number. For a fault that only becomes apparent with normal wear, contact us as soon as you notice it and we'll assess it with you.

Where the fault is ours, we cover return shipping, and we'll offer a repair, a replacement, or a full refund including the original ¥600 shipping charge — whichever you prefer.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement — including your rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with anything stated above, the legal right applies.
