- Delivery timing
- Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day of payment. Pieces sent from the workshop rather than standing stock may occasionally take a little longer; we will let you know if that is the case for your order.
- Returns and exchanges
- All sales are final. Returns and exchanges for a change of mind, fit, or preference are not accepted. Made-to-order and personalized pieces are likewise final sale. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 8 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
